b) Increasing active and passive income: by systematically adding content to your database of exercises. Make trainings and programs, create a large shop window that will become your sales space! You can lock up the content that you create in your library, and make it available to individuals who pay for it. According to your expertise and reputation in the field, clients will contact you for work, or they will simply buy a training or program depending on their goals and capabilities. On the other hand, your regular clients will be able to continue training without any downtime and quality decline — wherever they or you are — so progress will be guaranteed, they will be satisfied, and your income will be consistent.

c) Improve the visibility of your brand: present your work directly through the application to the global audience, and expand your reach beyond your current limits. In addition, on your profile you can add links to your social networks and vice versa, and thus multiplying chances for new clients from all sides!

MyFitWorld enables you to organize work of your employees. b) The first two clients you add to the MFW platform are FREE. If you decide to quit using the MyFitWorld App — there will be NO CHARGE

c) ONLY when you start adding NEW clients, AFTER first two, you will be charged with one of the three given subscription options.

a) On the day you add the first client on the MFW platform, you’ll initiate your monthly billing cycle. The first two clients you add to the MFW platform are FREE—there is NO CHARGE unless you decide to add a third and each subsequent client.

b) Your first charge of the payment card will occur at the end of the first monthly billing cycle for the added clients (beyond the first two). At that point you will be charged for the added clients during that period. Also, at that point you will be charged for the existing clients in advance for the next monthly cycle.

Here’s an example:
You have added your first two free clients on 15.10. (monthly billing cycle starts). On the same day you have added 5 clients (EUR 3 / month / client). On 15.11, you will be charged EUR 15 (5 clients x EUR 3) for the first month, and additional EUR 15 in advance for the next period. Beyond that point you will be charged in advance for the number of clients (beyond the first two) you maintain on the first day of the next monthly billing cycle.

c) If you add new clients partway through the billing cycle, we’ll only charge for the time used. We’ll keep track of this for you, and bill you once per month (at the end of your billing cycle)

Here’s an example:
You add a new client 10 days into your billing cycle and there are 20 days remaining in the month. We calculate the prorated subscription cost by dividing the cost per client (EUR 3) by the number of days in the month (30) and multiplying by the number of days remaining (20). This gives us the prorated subscription cost for the remainder of that billing period: EUR 2
If you pay semi-annually or annually, we’ll calculate the prorated cost for the rest of the year, and bill you at the end of the monthly billing cycle for any new members added.

d) When you archive (cancel) your client, we’ll add prorated credits to your MFW account, and they’ll be applied when new clients are added on your next billing cycle date. These credits have no currency or exchange value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and will expire following the termination of your paid services plan with MFW.

Here’s an example:
A client is archived 15 days into your billing cycle.
We calculate your prorated credit amount by dividing the cost per client (EUR 3) by the number of days in the month (30) and multiplying by the number of days that person used the MFW platform during that billing cycle (15). This gives us the prorated credit amount: EUR 1.5

You can upgrade or downgrade your billing plan any time. By the moment you choose to change your billing plan, the system makes cut to your current subscription status and counts the number of clients that you have at the moment:

1. UPGRADE: Your client’s slots are being charged for the old subscription price for the number of days spent in that subscription period. For example, you have 12 clients at the moment and subscription started on the 1st day in month – first 2 were free, and you pay for 10, 3e per slot. On the 10th day in month, you decide to take 6 months subscription per client’s slot. System counts 10 slots for 10 days (1st – 10th in month) in old subscription period and charges it (10 x 10 x 0.1e per slot) plus the charge for 6 months starting from the 10th day of the month for 10 slots (6 x 10 x 2.5 = 150e per 6 months, or 25e per month for 12 clients (2+10)). This is called the ,,real time change”.

2. DOWNGRADE: If you have different case – you want to downgrade your subscription (we will use the same number of clients and subscriptions as an example) – method is the same. You will be charged at that moment – for the period spent in your 6 months subscription, you will be charged a price of 2.5e per client slot per month, and starting from that moment when you changed subscription plan, you will be charged your new subscription price for the number of slots. Example Old subscription period was 2 months and 10 days for 12 clients: it means 70 days x 10 paying clients for 2.5e/month, which is 2 x 10 x 2.5e + 10 (days) x 10 (clients) x 0.084 (which is 2.5e / 30 days to calculate slot price per day). You have spent 58.4e and now you have 91.6e credit for your new subscription and new slots. You do not get refund for that amount of money – you are credited with that amount of many for any further subscription or new client’s slot.
